Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@sheng-milo.com.
Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled for a full refund, no questions asked.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping partner or warehouse for dispatch, it is considered shipped, even if the tracking code has not yet been updated or shared.
After this point, the order cannot be canceled directly. However, you may still return it in line with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery. In these cases:
✅ You will need to cover the return shipping costs
✅ A restocking fee or shipping deduction may apply depending on the condition of the returned product
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be treated as a return. Refunds will be issued once the product is received back at our warehouse and inspected.
Special Notes
✅ Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once processing has started
✅ For fast support and to avoid delays, please include your order number in your email
