You can return unused bikes within 14 days. A €200 fee is deducted, and the customer handles return shipping.

Free shipping on all e-bike orders in eligible regions.

4. Are these e-bikes road legal in the EU?
Some bikes may exceed standard EU limits (250W/25km/h). Please check your local laws. You can limit max speed to 25km/h if needed.

5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, 2 years for the bike frame and 1 year for electronic components. Warranty is valid only for purchases on sheng-milo.com.

Absolutely — you’ll get one after placing your order and another once it ships.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries. We do not ship to remote islands (e.g., Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Mallorca).

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all e-bike orders in eligible regions.

Where do bikes ship from?
From EU warehouses (currently Poland). No customs fees or delays.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, via email once the order is handed to the delivery company.


🔁 Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, if the bike is unused and in “as new” condition.
➡️ A €200 return fee applies.
➡️ Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?
Only if your order hasn't been handed to the delivery company. Even if tracking hasn’t started, shipping may have already occurred.

Can I return a used bike?
Used or improperly packed bikes may not be eligible or may incur extra deductions.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. 2 years for frames, 1 year for electronics. Full details on our Warranty Page.

What if I bought from another website?
Our warranty applies only to purchases made on sheng-milo.com. If you bought elsewhere, contact that seller.

What if my bike arrives damaged?
Report it within 7 days of delivery, with photo/video evidence. Small packaging scratches aren't considered damage.

Can I get replacement parts?
Yes. We’ll provide warranty-covered parts for free (shipping not included) or sell extras at a fair price.
